We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of MRDIY.
The MRDIY-C55 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The MRDIY-C55 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 4 December 2025.
The MRDIY-C55 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025.
A summary of principal terms of the MRDIY-C55 is set out in Table 1.
