Reference is made to the announcement on 19 May 2025 that MCE Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“MVSB”) had entered into a Joint Venture cum Shareholder Agreement (“JVSA”) with NANJING CHUHANG TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (“NCT”).

The Board of Directors of MCE HOLDINGS BERHAD ("MCE" or “the Company”) wishes to announce that MVSB, its wholly-owned subsidiary together with NCT has incorporated a joint venture company under the name of MCE CHUHANG RADAR (M) SDN. BHD. (“MCR”) with an initial issued and paid up capital of 100 ordinary shares issued at an issue price of RM1.00 per share on 4 December 2025.

MVSB holds 51 ordinary shares, representing a 51% equity interest in MCR, while the remaining 49 ordinary shares, representing a 49% equity interest, are held by NCT. The directors of MCR are Goh Kar Chun, Goh Anne and Chu Yongyan.

The intended principal activity of MCR is manufacturing of Automotive Millimeterwave Radar Sensors for the Advance Driving Assistance System and Automated Driving Applications.
