Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on today entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with GSP Automotive Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 202001043386 (1399707-V)] for the proposed disposal of all that parcel of freehold land held under HS(D) 306837 PTD 3003, Mukim of Tanjung Kupang, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor measuring approximately 5.4451 hectares for a cash consideration of RM64,471,625.90.
