- Acquisition of Property by Bripanel Industries Sdn. Bhd., a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company

We refer to DOMINAN’s announcement dated 3 December 2025 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) the manner in which the purchase consideration of RM23,500,000 will be satisfied;

2) basis of arriving/determining the purchase consideration, including brief information on the internal review and “demand and price of other properties in the surrounding areas”;

3) justifications for the purchase consideration;

4) the prospects of the land and buildings (“the Property”) to be acquired;

5) to specify and elaborate on “normal operational risks associated with the Acquisition”;

6) to state whether the Acquisition is subject to the approval of government authorities;

7) the estimated time frame to complete the Acquisition;

8) the approximate area of the land;

9) the number of storeys and built-up area of the factory building;

10) the approximate age of the factory building;

11) the existing and proposed use of the Property;

12) the terms of the tenure of the land; if leasehold, the expiry date of the lease;

13) whether any valuation was carried out on the Property; if so, the name of the independent registered valuer, date and method of valuation and quantification of the market value;

14) the net book value of the Property based on the latest audited financial statements; and

15) whether the 5 legal charges on the Property will be discharged prior to the completion of the Acquisition.
