PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 84,996,600 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN SERSOL ("SERSOL SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") ("PLACEMENT SHARE(S)"), REPRESENTING NOT MORE THAN 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF THE COMPANY (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the announcements dated 2 April 2024, 9 April 2024, 28 November 2024, 6 December 2024, 21 May 2025, 10 July 2025, 25 November 2025 and 4 December 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Private Placement has been completed on 5 December 2025 following the listing of 73,144,900 Placement Shares (being the first and only tranche of the Placement Shares) on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 5 December 2025.

The Company wishes to inform that a total of 73,144,900 Sersol Shares were issued under the Private Placement and the Company has raised total gross proceeds of RM1,316,608.20 from the Private Placement.
