We refer to the Company’s Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) pursuant to the Prospectus dated 15 November 2024 (“IPO Prospectus”) issued in conjunction with the listing of and quotation for  the Company’s entire issued share capital on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 5 December 2024.

The Board of Directors of Cropmate (“Board”) wishes to extend the timeframe for utilisation of proceeds from the IPO (“IPO Proceeds”) of RM16.695 million allocated to part finance the purchase considerations of Factory Lot 8949 and Factory Lot 8950 for an additional 6 months up to 5 June 2026 (“Extension of Time”).
