Current Position: Group Operation Director in Amlex

Mr. Neoh began his career in 1976 as a Journeyman Tool and Die Maker with Micro Machining, the first pioneer precision tooling shop in Malaysia.

He subsequently joined Dynacraft Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. in 1981 where he was promoted to Tool Maintenance Section Manager, overseeing a team of toolmakers responsible for precision stamping tools.

From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Neoh held the position of Departmental Tooling Manager at Possehl Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd., before being recalled to Dynacraft Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. in 2001 as Stamping Operation Manager. In this capacity, he successfully led the transfer and establishment of the CerDIP Operation from Pennsylvania, USA to Penang, Malaysia. Following this success, he was appointed as Plating / Backend Operation Manager from 2006 to 2009, overseeing plating and backend processes.

In 2009, he joined Knowles Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. as Operation Manager, where he led the technical team to win the company's President Award in 2010. He served in this role until 2016.

Between 2016 and 2019, Mr. Neoh served as Production Consultant with Way In Alliance (M) Sdn. Bhd., where he was responsible for setting up and optimizing the company's full operational processes.

He joined Amlex in 2019 as Group Operation Manager, and was subsequently promoted to Group Operation Director in 2021, overseeing the Group's end-to-end manufacturing and operational activities.
