The Board of Directors of GENT (“Board”) wishes to announce that Genting Vista Berhad ("Genting Vista"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GENT, has on 5 December 2025 made a lodgement with the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) pursuant to the SC’s Guidelines on Unlisted Capital Market Products under the Lodge and Launch Framework for the establishment of an unrated medium term notes (“MTN”) programme of RM5.0 billion in nominal value (“MTN Programme”).

The MTN to be issued by Genting Vista pursuant to the MTN Programme will be irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by GENT.
