Reference is made to the Company’s last announcement dated 24 November 2025, as well as the continuous updates provided in the Company’s Quarterly Results on the above Material Litigation. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Company has through its subsidiary, Mascon Construction Sdn Bhd instructed its solicitors to file a stay application in respect of the High Court Order dated 24 October 2025 (“Order”). The said application sought to stay all execution and enforcement proceedings arising from the said Order, pending the disposal of the appeal to the Court of Appeal.

The said application has been heard on 5 December 2025 and the Court has denied the said application. Same as above, the Company has through its subsidiary, Mascon Construction Sdn Bhd instructed its solicitors to proceed with filing an appeal against the said decision.
