Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 22 May 2025, 10 June 2025, 16 June 2025, 12 September 2025 and 28 November 2025 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 8 December 2025, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months from 13 December 2025 until 12 June 2026 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement, subject to the Company / TA Securities providing Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Act, in the event the authority for the existing general mandate to issue and allot up to 10% of the total number of issued Shares has expired prior to the full implementation of the Private Placement.
