Reference is made to the announcement dated 27 November 2025 in relation to the change of auditors. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 8 December 2025 received the Consent to Act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 dated 5 December 2025 from UHY Malaysia PLT ("UHY"). UHY has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and shall hold the office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
