The Board of Directors of FBG Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd) (“FBG” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, FBG Builder Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Fajarbaru Builder Sdn. Bhd.) has accepted a Letter of Acceptance dated 2 December 2025 issued by Sunray Construction & Interior Sdn Bhd, in respect of the Main Building Works : Supply, Deliver, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Main Building Works and Mechanical and Electrical Works Complete with All Necessary Fittings, Fixtures and Accessories including All the Associated Works of the Proposed Construction of Tower 2 - Hotel Apartment at existing Johor Bahru City Square, Lot 21939 (PTB 19128) and Lot 21940 (PTB 19127), 106-108 Jalan Wong Ah Fook and Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim.
