1. INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of AWC (“Board”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ambang Wira Facilities Sdn Bhd (“AWF”), has on 9 December 2025 signed and accepted a Surat Setuju Terima (“SST”) issued by the Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia, for the facilities management and maintenance of Kompleks Masjid Putra, Putrajaya. for a total contract value of RM52,284,067.92 (“Contract”).

2. SALIENT TERMS OF THE SST

• Client                 : Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia
• Contract Period   : 5.25 years, commencing 1 February 2026 to 30 April 2031
• Contract Value    : RM52,284,067.92 (inclusive of Service Tax)

3. FINANCIAL EFFECTS AND RISK FACTORS

The Contract is in the ordinary course of business of AWF and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the AWC Group throughout the Contract Period. The associated risks are normal operational risks typical of facilities management contracts with government clients.

4. INTERESTED DIRECTORS, MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND/OR PERSONS CONNECTED

None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected to them has any direct or indirect interest in the Contract.

5. STATEMENT BY THE BOARD

The Board is of the opinion that the acceptance of the Contract is in the ordinary course of business and in the best interest of the Company.
