Reference is made to the announcement dated 2 December 2025 and 3 December 2025 pertaining to the subject matter. For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that during the case management held on 8 December 2025, the Plaintiffs had informed the Court that the Plaintiffs had only managed to serve the legal cause papers on the Company, Cyprium Capital Sdn. Bhd. and Sin Line Tek Electronic Co. Sdn. Bhd.. The Plaintiffs are still in the midst of serving the legal cause papers on the 1st and 2nd Defendants. The Court has directed the Plaintiffs to update the services of the cause papers on the 1st and 2nd Defendants wherein further directions will be given during the next case management on 29 December 2025.
