The Board of Directors ("Board") of Greatech Technology Berhad ("GTB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Board has resolved to extend the Company’s existing LTIP, for a further period of five (5) years commencing from 11 January 2026 to 10 January 2031. The extension is made pursuant to the By-Laws 13.2 of the Company’s LTIP By-Laws. The LTIP will continue to be implemented in accordance with the same terms and conditions as stipulated in the said LTIP By-Laws. This extension is not subject to any approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the shareholders of the Company.
