On behalf of the Board of Directors of Edelteq ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of up to 292,894,596 free warrants in Edelteq ("Warrant(s)") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares in Edelteq ("Edelteq Share(s)" or "Share(s)") held by the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Company's Record of Depositors on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Shareholders") ("Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants").
