PROPOSED ISSUE OF UP TO 80,000,000 EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH-SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF MR D.I.Y. GROUP (M) BERHAD ("MRDIY") ("MRDIY SHARES") WITH AN EXERCISE RATIO OF 2 CALL WARRANTS : 1 MRDIY SHARE ("MRDIY-C56")

With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MRDIY, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

MRDIY-C56 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 31 October 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The MRDIY-C56 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 12 November 2025 and the Term Sheet for the MRDIY-C56 dated 11 December 2025.

A summary of the principal terms of the MRDIY-C56 is set out in Table 1.
