Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 3 December 2025 and 9 December 2025 in relation to the Purchased of Properties by MBLT, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of the Company.

After further review and recalculation of the applicable percentage ratios pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”), the highest percentage ratio for the Purchased of Properties should be 3.65% instead of 12.10%, based on the Purchase Consideration of RM9.5 million over the NA of the latest audited consolidated financial statements of MBL group of RM260.177 million as at 31 December 2024. Therefore, the Purchased of Properties is a voluntary announcement pursuant to Paragraph 10.05 of the Listing Requirements.

Apart from the abovementioned, there are no changes to other information of the previous announcements.
