We refer to the announcement by CIMB dated 28 November 2025 and our announcement dated 01 December 2025 pertaining to the Special Dividend.
In accordance with Condition 6 of the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025 the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrants shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Price or Exercise Ratio being changed.
