The Board of Directors of Critical Holdings is pleased to announce that Critical M&E Engineering Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 11 December 2025 been awarded with a contract worth RM40,800,000.00, to supply, deliver, install, test and commission, warranty and maintenance of mechanical systems for a Data Centre Project in Bukit Jalil, Selangor Darul Ehsan from one of Malaysia’s leading vertically integrated construction company, listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The aforesaid works are expected to complete by 7 December 2026.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them has any direct/indirect interest in the Contracts.

Other than the normal operational risks associated with the Contracts, the Company does not anticipate any exceptional risks.
