Reference is made to the Company’s last announcement dated 5 December 2025, as well as the continuous updates provided in the Company’s Quarterly Results on the above Material Litigation. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 11 December 2025, received a letter from the solicitors informing that on 9 December 2025, Mascon Construction Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has through its solicitors, filed an application for stay of execution of the High Court Order dated 24 October 2025 (“Order”) in the Court of Appeal with a certificate of urgency. The stay application is currently pending processing by the Court of Appeal.
The Company will make the necessary announcements on any material development of the above matter as and when necessary.
