Remarks : 
Pursuant to the Share Consolidation, the exercise price of the outstanding Warrants B will be revised from RM0.22 to RM1.10 each while 106,295,270 Consolidated Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 15 December 2025 (collectively referred to as the "Adjustments").

Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll B, the Adjustments takes effect from 5.00 p.m., 12 December 2025, being the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation.

The notice to the holders of the Warrants B (setting out the details of the Adjustments) will be despatched in due course.
