The Board of Directors of Mlabs wishes to announce that the Company has on 12 December 2025 approved the further extension of the timeframe for another 12 months until 31 December 2026 to provide additional time for the Group to utilise the balance of the proceeds raised from the Rights Issue with Warrants exercise.
