Reference is made to Section 12.7.1(c) of the Company’s Prospectus issued on 27 January 2025 (“Prospectus”) and Item B11(C) of the Unaudited Interim Financial Report for the Fourth Quarter ended 31 July 2025 of the Company (“2025 Fourth Quarterly Report”) announced on 29 September 2025 in relation to Arbitration Proceedings Reference No. AIAC/D/ADM-956-2021: Savelite vs Itramas.

Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus and the 2025 Fourth Quarterly Report.

The Company had been informed by its Solicitors on 11 December 2025 that the hearing has concluded on 8 December 2025, during which both Claimant and Respondent (“Parties”)’s experts have given their evidence. The Arbitrator has given the following directions:

1. Parties are to finalise and submit the Notes of Proceedings (“NOP”) for the hearing held on 8 December 2025; 
2. Parties’ Solicitors are to file their respective Written Submissions within four (4) months from the date the finalised NOP is submitted;
3. Parties’ Solicitors are to file their respective Reply Submissions within two (2) months from the date of the Written Submissions; and
4. The Arbitrator shall deliver the arbitral award (decision) within three (3) months from the date of the Reply Submissions.

The hearing dates previously fixed for 9 December 2025, 11 December 2025 and 12 December 2025 have been vacated.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
