We refer to the earlier announcements dated 26 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 13 October 2025, 17 October 2025 and 1 December 2025 in relation to the Special Issue. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 16 December 2025 resolved to fix the issue price for the Special Issue at RM0.34 per Special Issue Share. The issue price of RM0.34 per Special Issue Share represents a premium of approximately 20.78% to the 5-day VWAP of Steel Hawk Shares up to and including 15 December 2025, being the last traded day of Steel Hawk Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.2815 per Steel Hawk Share.
