We refer to our annoucements dated 17 April 2025, 30 April 2025, 16 June 2025, 11 September 2025 and 18 November 2025 in connection with the Writ of Summon and Statement of Claim dated 30 August 2024 on the legal action initiated by MMSB.
The Company wishes to announce that the High Court, presided over by YA Tuan Moses Susayan, has dismissed Majuperak Holdings Berhad's ("MHB") application to strike out the Plaintiff’s Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim (Enclosure 21), with costs of RM5,000.00 awarded against MHB.
MHB is required to comply with all Pre-Trial Case Management directions by 30 January 2026. The case management is fixed on 30 January 2026, while the trial is fixed from 8 to 10 December 2026.
