The Board of Directors of JTGB wishes to announce that Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200301020328 (622748-W)) (“JTHSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, together with Idiqa Holding Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 199601009939 (382287-H)) (“IHSB”), via an unincorporated joint venture, received a Letter of Acceptance (“LOA”) dated 16 December 2025 issued by TNB to perform contract works for the “PMU 275kV JELUTONG SWITCHING STATION (GIS), JOHOR – 275kV BULK SUPPLY TO A DATA CENTER” (“Contract”) (“Works”). For the avoidance of doubt, both JTHSB and IHSB have agreed to collaborate and work together via an unincorporated joint venture for the Contract.
