Further to the Company's announcement dated 25 November 2025, the Company wishes to announce that on 17 December 2025, EV-Dynamic Sdn. Bhd. (“EV-Dynamic”) received the Notice of Discontinuance dated 15 December 2025, filed by the solicitors of Saiyo Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. at the Kuala Lumpur High Court, to discontinue the action against EV-Dynamic with liberty to file afresh and with no order as to costs.
