BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 491,684,507 NEW WARRANTS IN HHRG BERHAD ("HHRG" OR "COMPANY") (WARRANT(S) B") ON THE BASIS OF 2 WARRANTS B FOR EVERY 5 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN HHRG HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 14 JANUARY 2026.

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 13 Jan 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 14 Jan 2026

Remarks :

The Warrants B will be credited into the Entitled Shareholders' central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of the Company prior to the listing and quotation of the Warrants B.

The Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 22 January 2026.
