The Board of Directors of Haily Group Berhad would like to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Haily Construction Sdn. Bhd. (“Haily Construction”) had on 18 December 2025 acknowledged and confirmed the mutual termination of contract ("the Termination of Contract") issued by Y.Architects Sdn. Bhd. on behalf of TEK Land Sdn. Bhd. for the proposed construction and completion of 14 units of 2-storey shop offices and 15 units of 3-storey shop offices in Kulai, Johor for a total contract sum of RM9,413,086.92 (Ringgit Malaysia: Nine Million Four Hundred Thirteen Thousand Eighty Six and Cents Ninety Two Only), as the anticipated commencement date of 1 October 2019 has lapsed.

The Termination of Contract will not have any material effect on the issued share capital, net assets and earnings of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
