The Board of Directors of JAG wishes to announce that the Company has on 19 December 2025 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Dato' Ng Aik Kee and Datin Tan Siew Ching, for the disposal of 12,070,000 ordinary shares in JAG Scoops Sdn. Bhd. (“JAG Scoops”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, representing 100% of the equity interest in JAG Scoops, for a total cash consideration of RM400,000/-, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SSA.
