The Board of Directors of Wong Engineering Corporation Berhad (“WEC" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the following Proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting:
(a) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and (b) Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Buy-Back Its Own Ordinary Shares.
A Circular containing the details of the Proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
