Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 4 December 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the said announcement.
The Board wishes to announce that the Singapore High Court of its decision had on 17 December 2025 dismissed BASF’s application, held that AMC has the requisite locus standi to commence arbitration against BASF on its own and ordered BASF to pay AMC costs of S$32,000 (inclusive of disbursements). Hence, the Arbitration will proceed accordingly.
The Company will make further announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on this matter.
