Further to the Company’s announcement dated 2 August 2024, 8 August 2024 and 1 August 2025 on the variation and extension of timeframe for the use of proceeds raised from the initial public offering, in conjunction with the listing of the Company on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that it has resolved to further vary for the utilisation of IPO Proceeds.
