The Board of Directors of GUH Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce an update on the status of the Compensation Agreement dated 13 February 2025 and the Supplementary Agreement dated 8 July 2025 (collectively, “the Agreements”) entered into by GUH Suzhou and the SHZ Management Office in respect of the Disposal.
