Reference is made to the announcement released on 11 December 2025 pertaining to the subject matter.
On 19 December 2025, the Court of Appeal has granted a conditional stay of execution of the High Court Order dated 24 October 2025 on the following terms:
(a) the Judgment Sum as assessed pursuant to the High Court Order dated 24 October 2025 be deposited into an interest-bearing stakeholder’s account held by the Respondent’s solicitors, Messrs Azman Davidson & Co, pending the outcome of the appeal;
(b) the Judgment Sum be paid into the aforesaid account by the Appellants on or before 9 January 2026; and
(c) cost in the cause.
