The Board of Directors of AME (“Board”) is pleased to announce that the wholly-owned subsidiaries of AME, had on 22 December 2025, entered into the conditional sale and purchase agreements with MTrustee, being the trustee of CLMT, for the proposed sale of five (5) industrial properties for a total cash consideration of RM220,800,000 (“Total Sale Consideration”).
