The Company refers to its announcements dated 25 June 2025, 5 August 2025, 15 August 2025, 13 November 2025 and 8 December 2025 respectively.

The Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 17 December 2025 sent a letter to Messrs. UHY Malaysia PLT (“UHY”) to inform UHY that during the adjourned 53rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 8 December 2025 (“Adjourned 53rd AGM”) and pursuant to Resolution 1 set out in the Notice of 53rd Annual General Meeting dated 3 June 2025 and based on the poll results taken at the Adjourned 53rd AGM, UHY has been duly re-appointed as external auditors of the Company, to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company, at a remuneration to be determined by the directors of the Company.

The Company took note of UHY’s notice of resignation dated 5 August 2025 in respect of its position as external auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries. Although the shareholders of the Company had approved UHY’s re-appointment as external auditors at the Adjourned 53rd AGM, UHY’s prior resignation indicates that it is not agreeable to such re-appointment.

The Company wishes to inform that the Company’s current auditors are Messrs PKF PLT, who shall hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
