Phum Boon Eng has over 15 years of experience in design, project development, and business leadership. She currently serves as Head of the Solar Division at Advancecon, where she oversees portfolio performance, revenue optimisation, risk mitigation, and cost management which successfully improving profitability within her first six months in the role.

She began her career as an Interior Designer at Design Culture Sdn Bhd, where she built a strong foundation in design detailing, space planning, and residential project delivery. She later co-founded and managed Exuidea Design for six years, leading business strategy, creative direction, team development, client servicing, and full-cycle design execution.

Since 2019, she has also operated as an Independent Design & Development Consultant, advising private property owners and boutique developers on design strategy, project execution, budgeting, and concept development, while continuing to expand into creative lifestyle-driven ventures.
