[Registration No.: 202501059081 (1660487-X)] (“Duroe”) with a total issued share capital of RM10,000/- comprising of 10,000 ordinary shares at RM1/- per share.

The proposed principal activity of Duroe is investment holding.

None of the Directors and/or Major Shareholders of the Company or persons connected to the Directors and/or Major Shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above incorporation.
