The Board of Directors of Citaglobal wishes to announce that Citaglobal Land Sdn Bhd (“CLSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had accepted the following SST:

1. SST dated 17 December 2025 from UDA Land as the contractor for main infrastructure works comprising of earthwork, roadworks, electrical infrastructure, main sewerage system, main water reticulation system, and other associated works in UDA Enclave (Zone B), Bandar UDA Utama, Johor Bahru for a contract sum of RM62,421,280 (“UDA Enclave Project”), accepted by CLSB on 22 December 2025; and

2. SST dated 5 December 2025 from JKR as the contractor for Projek Menaiktaraf Jeti Terminal Feri Kenderaan Dan Penumpang Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Reka Dan Bina) for a contract sum of RM20,300,000 (“Labuan Jetty Upgrading Project”), accepted by CLSB on 11 December 2025.

The UDA Enclave Project and the Labuan Jetty Upgrading Project are collectively referred to as the (“Contracts”).


UDA Enclave Project

The works under the UDA Enclave Project include but not limited to construction of main infrastructure works such as site clearing and earthwork, retaining wall, road and drainage work, sewerage and water reticulation system, electrical infrastructure works including 3 TNB sub-stations, elevated and suction tank and other associated external works. The UDA Enclave Project shall be completed within 18 months from the date of possession of the site, with target completion in July 2027.

For information, UDA Land had advertised for an open tender invitation in local newspaper on 26 May 2025. Following’s UDA Land’s advertisement, CLSB had submitted its bid for such tender exercise on 20 June 2025. Subsequently, CLSB has submitted a series of revised bids based on post tender addendums issued, with the latest revision being submitted to UDA Land in September 2025. CLSB successfully secured the UDA Enclave Project based on competitive bid through an open tender.


Labuan Jetty Upgrading Project

The Labuan Jetty Upgrading Project is a design and build contract, where works under the contract include but not limited to construction of a new ticket counter, construction of a new passenger waiting area and agencies’ inspection area, upgrade of the existing main ramp and secondary ramp structure, and the associated mechanical, electrical and external works. The Labuan Jetty Upgrading Project shall be completed within 120 weeks from the date of possession of the site, with target completion in April 2028.

For information, JKR had called for a pre-qualification tender exercise for the Labuan Jetty Upgrading Project in May 2025. Following’s JKR invitation letter to CLSB to participate in the tender exercise in August 2025, CLSB had submitted its bid for such tender exercise in October 2025.

The acceptance of the Contracts is in the ordinary course of business of CLSB.

The Contracts will further increase and enhance the order book of Citaglobal and its subsidiaries (“Group”) to approximately RM1.8 billion, based on the Group’s outstanding order book of RM1.1 billion as at September 2025, and after adding the contract value of RM628 million for the Dual-Function Pond for Raw Water Source and Flood Mitigation Project announced by the Company on 13 November 2025.

The Contracts will not have any effect on the issued share capital and the shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of the Company.

The Contracts are expected to contribute positively to the earnings, earnings per share and net assets of the Group during the period of the Contracts.

The Company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the Contracts. Nevertheless, the Company will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risk as and when it arises.

None of the Directors and major shareholders of the Group and/or persons connected to them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Contracts.


Information on the UDA Enclave Project

The UDA Enclave Project is a development located within Bandar UDA Utama, Johor Bahru, aimed at delivering modern family-oriented homes in a well-planned and well-connected community. The project features double-storey terrace residential units and commercial buildings to be developed on 85 acres of land area, with access to highways and nearby amenities such as schools, commercial areas and hospitals.


Information on the Labuan Jetty Upgrading Project

The Labuan Jetty Upgrading Project was announced by the government in May 2024 and forms part of a broader effort by the government to improve Labuan’s ferry infrastructure, addressing long-standing needs to enhance safety, operational efficiency, passenger comfort, structural conditions and alleviate congestion at the existing ferry terminal which has not seen major upgrades despite serving as a critical transport link for visitors and goods between Labuan and mainland Sabah.

Once completed, the Labuan Jetty Upgrading Project is expected to significantly boost travel efficiency and support Labuan’s economic activity.
