The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Utilities Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Mutu Nusantara Sdn. Bhd.) (“MNUE”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, together with LS Cable & System, Ltd. (“LSC”) and Pembinaan Tajri Sdn. Bhd. (“PTSB”), had on 22 December 2025 via a consortium arrangement, received an award of contract for upgrading of 132 kilovolt (“kV”) Submarine Power Cable System from transmission main intake (“PMU”) Kuala Perlis (KPLS) to PMU Teluk Apau (TPAU) No. 1 from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) via its letter dated 22 December 2025 (“Contract”).
