The Board of Directors (“Board”) of JETSON wishes to announce that the Company had on 19 December 2025 received a notice in writing from Messrs HLB Ler Lum Chew PLT ("HLB") dated 18 December 2025 (“Notice Date”) on their resignation as Auditors of the Company and subsidiaries (“the Group”), which their term of office will end after 21 days from the Notice Date, pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016.

The resignation of HLB is on voluntary basis as the Company intends to appoint another auditor for the Group.

Save for the above, the Company is not aware of any other matters that may be required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board also wishes to announce that the Board had approved the Risk Management and Audit Committee's recommendation to appoint a replacement Auditor of the Company after assessing their capabilities, independence and proposed audit fees. As the appointment of the new Auditors of the Company is subject to the Company receiving the written consent from the said firm to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, a further announcement will be made by the Company once the written consent has been received accordingly.
