The Board of Directors of UOA Asset Management Sdn Bhd ("UOAAM"), the Manager of UOA Real Estate Investment Trust ("UOA REIT"), wishes to announce that at the Unitholders' Meeting of the Company convened on Tuesday, 23 December 2025, a motion to adjourn the meeting was duly passed by the Unitholders.

The Board of Directors will issue further announcement to the Unitholders to fix the date, time and venue of the adjourned meeting.
