Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement made on 18 December 2025 in relation to the mutual termination of contract issued by Y.Architects Sdn. Bhd. on behalf of TEK Land Sdn. Bhd. for the proposed construction and completion of 14 units of 2-storey shop offices and 15 units of 3-storey shop offices in Kulai, Johor.
The Board of Directors of Haily wishes to furnish additional information in reply to the questions raised by Bursa Malaysia on 22 December 2025.
