Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 22 December 2025 in relation to the Offer.
In accordance with Paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-Overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by Securities Commission Malaysia, the Board of Directors of NPS (save for the interested directors of NPS, namely, Khoo Boo Wie and Ter Leong Tah) has resolved to appoint MainStreet Advisers Sdn Bhd as the Independent Adviser to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendation on the Offer to the non-interested directors of NPS and the holders of the Offer Shares.
