Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 21 November 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
The Company wishes to announce that the Purchaser had on 23 December 2025 received notification from its solicitors confirming that the Condition Precedent of the SPA has been fulfilled. Accordingly, the SPA for the Proposed Acquisition has now become unconditional.
