The Board of Directors of Colform wishes to announce that CSB and CSSB had on 23 December 2025 entered into the following sale contracts for a total contract sum of RM1,334,086.80  with EESB:-

(i) sale contract between CSB and EESB, where EESB is appointed to supply labours for formwork, pilling works, installation of production office, construction of workers’ toilets and wiring works, for a contract sum of RM557,806.80;

(ii) sale contract between CSB and EESB, where EESB is appointed to supply and install fire fighting services, including hose reel system, conventional fire alarm system and portable fire extinguishers, for a contract sum of RM301,280.00;

(iii) sale contract between CSSB and EESB, where EESB is appointed to supply labours for concreting, reinforcement and formwork, for a contract sum of RM400,000.00; and

(iv) sale contract between CSSB and EESB, where EESB is appointed to supply and install fire fighting services, namely the CO2 total flooding system for high voltage room, for a contract sum of RM75,000.00.   

(The above sale contracts are collectively referred to as the “Sale Contracts”)
