On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 December 2025 entered into a conditional share sale agreement with Abd Azis Bin Mohamad for the proposed acquisition of 55% equity interest in SPPH Eco Biomass Resources Sdn Bhd at a cash consideration of RM14,507,711 (“Proposed Acquisition”). Further details of the Proposed Acquisition are set out in the attachment below.
