We refer to our announcements dated 17 April 2018 and 24 July 2018 in relation to the proposed change of the Company's name. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 15 April 2019 received the Notice of Registration of the new name of the Company dated 12 April 2019 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "Bio Osmo Berhad" to "Impiana Hotels Berhad" with effect from 12 April 2019. This announcement is dated 15 April 2019. |
